LOOK COMMUNICATIONS - LOOK ISSUED SUBORDINATE VOTING SHARES IN PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON OUTSTANDING DEBENTURES
Toronto and Montreal, July 9, 2008 – Look Communications Inc. (“Look” or the “Corporation”)
(TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) announced today that it has issued and delivered 308,822
subordinate voting shares of the Corporation in payment of $146,911 in interest due as of
June 30, 2008 on $4,186,000 capital amount of secured convertible debentures currently
outstanding.

LOOK COMMUNICATIONS - LOOK TO ISSUE SUBORDINATE VOTING SHARES IN PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON OUTSTANDING DEBENTURES
Toronto and Montreal, April 25, 2008 – Look Communications Inc. (“Look” or the
“Corporation”) (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) announced today that it would issue and deliver
subordinate voting shares of the Corporation in payment of interest due as of June 30, 2008 on
its secured convertible debentures then outstanding. The debentures were issued in February
2004 pursuant to the rights offering effected by the Corporation, in connection with which a final
prospectus was filed on January 16, 2004. This payment of the interest on the debentures in
subordinate voting shares of the Corporation is subject to regulatory approval, including that of
the TSX Venture Exchange.

LOOK COMMUNICATIONS - LOOK OBTAINS COURT ORDER AGAINST BELL CANADA
TORONTO and MONTRÉAL, March 19, 2008 – Look Communications Inc. (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) (“Look” or the “Corporation”) announced today that it has been granted an Order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice compelling Bell Canada to, amongst other things, deliver its Affidavit of Documents to Look by no later than October 1, 2008 (the “deadline”). Despite agreeing to a Court imposed timetable on August 13, 2007 to exchange an Affidavit of Documents with Look by November 16, 2007, Bell Canada has failed to adhere to its obligations before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice prompting the action initiated by Look.

LOOK COMMUNICATIONS - LOOK GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS
TORONTO and MONTRÉAL, March 3, 2008 – Look Communications Inc. (“Look” or the
“Corporation”) (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) announced today that 1,280,500 options to
purchase subordinate voting shares of the Corporation were granted to directors and
senior management of the Corporation. All of the options have an exercise price of $0.32
per share and are exercisable for a period of 10 years.
